Tordivel Solar has sold the rights for instruments and software related to wafer inspection to Semilab Co Ltd., ref. Semilab’s press release.  Sales, manufacturing, delivery and support for the Topology Instrument, Surface Instrument and Wafer Inspection System Master will for new deliveries be handled by Semilab. Tordivel Solar employees are engaged by Semilab to support the transfer of technology and ensure continued refinement of the products.

For existing Tordivel Solar customers within wafer inspection, Tordivel Solar will continue the support until the installations are accepted by the customers. Once the installations reach operational status, Semilab will assume the guarantee responsibility and provide service and upgrades.

The Tordivel Solar business not part of wafer inspection will continue as prior to the asset sale.
