3D Measurements
Tordivel Solar AS has a solid state 3D Wafer Block
Measurement System. The system is based on accurate 3D laser
profile measurements and is automating Wafer Block Measurements with high accuracy and reliability.
The 3D Scanner, makes accurate 3D models of wafer blocks and
ingots, measuring the size and detecting defects with a resolution down to 0.01 mm. The 3D
models can be exported to CAD systems for further manipulation.
